Traffic Control Persons (TCPs)

TCPs are the backbone of safe construction operations. In this role, you will manage traffic flow around active work zones, communicate clearly with the public and crew members, and ensure all traffic control measures are executed according to approved traffic management plans. We are looking for experienced, dependable individuals who take pride in their work, arrive prepared, and understand the responsibility that comes with working on active roadways.

Lane Closure Technicians (LCTs)

LCTs take on a leadership role in the field, overseeing traffic control operations, mentoring TCPs, coordinating with site supervisors, and ensuring safety plans are implemented accurately and efficiently. This position is ideal for experienced traffic control professionals who are ready to lead by example, problem-solve in real time, and support both their crew and the client.
